All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Estimates

We offer international shipping to ensure our products reach customers worldwide. Our estimated delivery timeframe is:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days.

Please note: These timeframes are estimates. While we strive to meet these targets, factors such as customs processing, local postal delays, or high-volume seasons may occasionally impact delivery times.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Our store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the item.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If you haven’t received your order within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at mevulda@orinaldex.store with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
