At Wild Horizon, we stand behind the quality of our outdoor gear. We offer a 30‑day return window from the date you receive your order for unused, unopened outdoor products in original condition with all tags, packaging and accessories intact.
- To request a return or refund, please email us at mevulda@orinaldex.store with your order number and details.
- Used, damaged, customized or clearance outdoor items are non‑returnable and non‑refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped by us.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned goods.
